The lateral Entry candidates who want to get admission into -- Diploma or Polytechnic college should register their choice online on the below mentioned date at any internet point by visiting the below website.

Round - 1 (Provisional Allotment)
- Result Publication of candidate including TFW (After 3.00 PM) 09.07.2015
- Deposit of Part Admission Fee through AXIS/ IDBI Bank Chalan, Candidate is required to deposit the Part Admission fee at any branch of AXIS/ IDBI Bank through Chalan only. Candidate shall not come to NCC for this purpose. - 10.07.2015 to 15.07.2015
Round - 2 (Provisional Allotment)
- Document Verification, Registration & fresh Choice Filling by the non-allotted of 1st round, non-registered ST/SC candidates and choice locking at NCC. (The candidates already allotted with a seat in 1st round, but did not deposit Part Admission Fee are not allowed) - 21.07.2015
- Result Publication after auto-sliding and de reservation from SC & ST seats to General (After 3.00 P.M.) - 22.07.2015
- Deposit of Part Admission Fee through AXIS/ IDBI Bank Chalan, Candidate is required to deposit the Part Admission fee at any branch of AXIS/ IDBI Bank through Chalan only. Candidate shall not come to NCC for this purpose. - 23.07.2015 to 24.07.2015
- Final Allotment - 27.07.2015
- Reporting of candidate at Finally allotted Institute 27.07.2015 to 30.07.2015
Documents Required For Choice Locking :
Students should go to the Nodal Cente with the documents :- DET Rank Card, Choice Filling Sheet, CLC, Conduct Certificate, Resident and Cast Certificate, Certificate of ITI or +2 Science and Mark Sheet.
Important Instructions :
1. All the candidates are instructed to read the step by step procedure for Registration, Choice filling, Choice Locking & Deposit of part admission fee available in the Home page of the DET website before registration, Choice filling as well as published in the Daily Newspaper on 17.06.2015 and 18.06.2015.
2. 05 nos of additional NCCs have been set up at 1. CIPET, Mancheswar, BBSR, 2.CIPET, Balasore 3. IMIT, Jobra, Cuttack 4. Parala Maharaja Engineering College, Berhampur 5. BPUT, Rorkela. Any candidate can go to these NCCs for Choice Locking.
3. All the candidates those who have got their documents verified are here by instructed to report on the scheduled date at the NCC for CHOICE LOCKING. However they can also go to NCC on the subsequent dates till the last date for choice locking, if unable to report on the scheduled date.
4. The candidates those who have not got their documents verified will not be allowed to participate in this round of counseling, however, the left out ST/SC candidates may participate in ROUND-2 (Provisional Allotment), for document verification, choice filling & locking
5. The candidates are advised to exercise their choices without fear & compulsion from any quarters.They are also advised to read the instruction carefully & go through the seats available before filling their suitable choices.
