'Rangabati' is one of the most popular folk songs from the Sambalpur region of Odisha. Music director -- Ram Sampath and Sona Mohapatra came together to re-interpret the song. 'Rangabati' was recorded for the first time in the mid 70's by -- Jitendra Haripal and Krishna Patel with music by Prabhudatta Pradhan.
The new version of 'Rangabati' marks 10 years of Sona Mohapatra as a music artist.
