Government of Odisha launched its official website in Odia language with domain link www.odia.odisha.gov.in. However it will available for public after couple of days.
The decision to launch the website is the outcome of the agreement reached between the Odisha government and the Odia Bhasa Sangram Samiti (OBSS).
Notably, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had formed a five-member ministerial level committee on July 8 this year for implementation of the Orissa Official Language Act, 1954.
