The Commissionerate Police -- on Monday arrested self-styled godman Surendranath Mishra a.k.a Sura baba and his two sons of -- Trahi Achyut Ashram situated on the outskirts of state capital Bhubaneswar by leveling various charges.
Police said two cases have been filed against the godman and his son duo -- Trilochan Mishra and Biranch Mishra at Balipatna police station.
Charges including 341, 342, 323, 294, 506 and 34 of IPC have been leveled against the arrested persons, said police.
Besides, charges under SC/ST Act have been lodged against the self proclaimed godman.
