Board of Secondary Education, Odisha President Prof. Dr. Dakshya Prasad Nanda announced that the Class IX Online Enrollment process for HSC Examination 2017 started from today (Sep 23, 2015). School Heads can Register their 9th Students Details with the help of e-Vidyalaya/ BRCCs/ DEo Office/ DPC Office/ Govt. ST Schools/ DlETs if they don't have Computer/Internet Enable system.
Last Date for the online registration and payment submission is October 19, 2015. If any student fail to Enroll in this Enrollment, they will not appear at their HSC Exam 2017.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION
1. Registration shall be done only by the Head of the Institutions and not by anyone else. If he/she is taking the help of any operator, he/she has to sit by the side of the operator and registration should continue in his/her direction only. Head of the Institution shall see each entry and go ahead. He/She will be held responsible for any mistake detected later, for which disciplinary action shall be initiated and hefty amount will be charged as fine for any correction at later stage.
2. Application will have the following four major sections :
a. USERS LOG IN
b. SCHOOL PROFILE
c. STUDENT PROFILE
d. SCHOOL REPORT
3. USERS LOG IN
The Head of the Institutions shall visit the website “www.prestigeresults.in” and do the registration as per Instruction written on the LOG IN page and immediately Change the PASSWORD and keep the PASSWORD in safe custody for further use.
4. SCHOOL PROFILE
a. This section will have information regarding the institution. Most of the fields have been made drop down and hence correct information should be entered.
b. Enter the required information till “No. of Candidates to be Enrolled under School Regular (SR) Category :”
c. Thereafter enter the No. of Candidates to be Enrolled under School Regular (SR) Category.
d. It is to be noted that, No. of Candidates entered will allow those number of applications for registration. Hence the Head of the Institutions shall have to enter the exact number of candidates for each Category that is SR or SR & QR.
e. The School that is permitted to register candidates under SR or SR & QR is predefined and will be shown on the screen from the beginning.
f. After entering the No. of Candidates, upload the full signature of the Head
of the Institution and CLICK on the SAVE button.
g. Generate the Pay in Slip and take out the Print Copy. Go to a nearby State Bank and deposit the fee. The Bank will return the Institution & Board copies of Pay in Slip with Journal Number.
h. Preserve the Institution copy for future reference. Send the Board copy of the Pay in Slip along with the generated DR of the registered candidates to the concerned Zonal Office of the Board.
i. Re-visit the website and enter the Journal Number. Enter the correct Journal Number failing which registration of candidates can be cancelled at later stage and stringent action shall be initiated against the Head of the Institution.
j. Schools permitted for doing registration of both SR & QR candidates will Generate the Pay in Slip for both categories and enter the Journal Number separately in the appropriate fields.
k. After entering the Journal Number click on the SAVE button again and move to the STUDENT PROFILE.
5. STUDENT PROFILE
a. Enter the required information of the student correctly and very carefully.
b. Use the calendar to enter the dates wherever required.
c. Correctly choose the option against the field “Language Subjects Opted”. The candidate shall not be allowed to change the subjects at later stage.
d. If the candidate’s FIRST LANGUAGE is other than FLO, the field “Script opted for answering other subjects” will have to be chosen correctly from the options given in the Drop down. The Head of the Institutions should be very careful while filling up this particular field.
e. After completing all entries, the black & white Passport size photograph (Between 10KB to 30KB) and full signature of the candidate (Between 10KB to 15KB) in JPG/ JPEG format should be uploaded separately.
f. At last click on the “Submit Application” button to complete the registration of this particular candidate.
g. Register all candidates category wise one by one in the similar manner and move to the section SCHOOL REPORT.
6. SCHOOL REPORT
a. This section will show all those students who have already been registered.
b. The Head of the Institutions will be given a chance in this section to edit the information of students already submitted. After this there will be no option for EDIT.
c. After completion of the work of edit, the Head of the Institution has to click on “HEADMASTER REPORT” and take the print out of DR of the registered candidates.
d. The DR of the candidates should be preserved in the school. A copy of the DR shall be sent along with the Board’s copy of the Pay in Slip to the concerned Zonal Office of the Board for due verification.
DATE FOR ON-LINE ENROLLMENT
- On-Line enrolment can be done at any time between 23/09/2015 to 09/10/2015 midnight.
- Deposit of fee and submission of application after editing, shall have to be completed within the stipulated period as mentioned above.
