According to the source, Two Students from Utkal University going to hold Limca Book of Record for designing World's Largest Rakhi. The Rakhi is made with 3 qnt. of Paddy (Dhana) and 40 KGs of Rice & This will be displayed in Indira Gandhi park in Bhubaneswar.
